Our Shop Policies

  • Minimum $25 per custom order.
  • Custom orders are priced on an individual basis. Please contact us to inquire.
  • All invoices for custom projects will be sent via email and are to be paid in full before any design work begins. We accept all major credit cards.
  • Proofs will be sent via email for all custom orders. Please confirm font choices and finishes (as applicable). Custom designs may incur a design fee. The first two design changes are complimentary. Any additional design changes will incur a $10 fee per change.
  • All sales are final. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us.
  • All custom orders will be completed within 1 to 2 weeks. If you need expedited delivery, please contact us. Rush orders, if available, may incur an additional fee.
  • Completed items may be picked up locally in Pembroke, MA, or we are happy to ship items for an additional fee.
