We want you to love what you receive. Because many of our products are made to order and personalized, our return policy varies by item type.
Personalized Items
All personalized items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund. This includes any item customized with names, dates, initials, sayings, designs, handwritten recipes, house sketches, or other custom elements. Please review your proof carefully before approving production.
Apparel & Non-Personalized Items
Apparel and other non-personalized items may be returned or exchanged for a different size within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect due to our error.
Final Sale Items
Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can make it right.
