Order Shipping: Most orders are shipped within 7-10 business days. Orders that do not require customization will be shipped out within this timeframe, unless otherwise communicated.

Custom Orders: If your order requires customization, a proof will be sent to you via email for approval. Once approved, your order will be completed and shipped within 7-14 business days, unless otherwise communicated.

Expedited Orders: If you require expedited fulfillment, please contact us before placing your order. Expedited orders will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may incur additional charges.

Shipping Carriers: UPS is our preferred carrier, but we reserve the right to use the most reliable and cost-effective shipping method available at the time of shipment.
- Local Pickup: Local pickup is available for select orders and can be chosen at checkout when applicable.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs will be calculated and added at checkout and are dependent on the size and weight of the items being shipped. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. We are unable to refund shipping costs once an order has shipped.

Delivery Times: Delivery times vary depending on your location, carrier, and time of year. We are not responsible for carrier delays due to weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances. During peak seasons or high-volume periods, shipping times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Locations: At this time, we ship within the United States only. If you’re outside the U.S. and interested in a custom order, feel free to reach out — we’re happy to explore options on a case-by-case basis.
